Before the morning meeting the opposition factions representatives blocked the presidium and the tribune.

217 people’s deputies registered to participate in the plenary meeting.

Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak invited factions leaders to office of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada to conduct consultations, in connection with impossibility to hold a plenary meeting.
